[Press Release] LEAD COMMUNICATIONS, A SUBSIDIARY UNDER CHINA ALL ACCESS TO ESTABLISH OPERATION IN ZTE MAANSHAN TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIAL PARK * * * WILL INVEST NOT LESS THAN RMB300 MILLION TO BUILD AN R&D, PRODUCTION AND SALES BASE (12 April 2016, Hong Kong) Lead Communications Co., Ltd. (“Lead Communications”), a subsidiary of China All Access (Holdings) Limited (“China All Access” or “the Company” ; stock code: 633.HK) has signed an agreement with the Management Committee of Maanshan Economic and Technological Development Zone (馬鞍山經濟技術開發區管委會) (“Management Committee”) and ZTE Maanshan Technology Industrial Park Company (中興 馬鞍山科技產業園公司), to establish an R&D, production and sales base in ZTE Maanshan Technology Industrial Park (“Industrial Park”) for its LCD display module, touch screen, full lamination and fingerprint module production. The Company intends to complete the construction within five years. The fixed asset investment of the project is expected to be not less than RMB300 million and the annual sales generated from the base is expected to exceed RMB1 billion after completion and commencement of production of full capacity. ZTE Maanshan Technology Industrial Park Company will provide industrial land of approximately 80 acres in the Industrial Park and build it according to the requirements set by the Management Committee. The Industrial Park as a whole is to be sold to the Management Committee upon the completion of construction and appropriate subsidies are to be provided. The Management Committee is to provide Lead Communications privileges enjoyed by all operating companies in the Industrial Park after it moves in. Mr. SHAO Kwok Keung, Chief Executive Officer of China All Access, said, “Under the cooperative framework agreement, Maanshan and ZTE are developing a technology industrial park zone focusing on solutions for implementing a ‘smart city’. This initiative also provides a good foundation for fast-growing technology companies such as Lead Communications. Lead Communications is advancing to its next important development stage. After moving into the Industrial Park, Lead Communications can benefit from more favourable policies enabling it to better capture the development opportunities for ‘smart city’ solutions and achieve further success.” Lead Communications is a subsidiary of China All Access, principally engaged in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of displays used in mobile handsets. Its latest intelligent production project has begun to yield results. According to an announcement published by China All Access in December 2015, the Company is evaluating a potential spin-off of Lead Communications on the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
