MINIMUM BILL
The basic monthly charge plus $4.32/kVA of the maximum recorded demand over 50 kilovolt
ampere (kVA) registered over the past 11 months.
LOADS UP TO 75 KILOVOLT AMPERES (kVA)
For loads up to and including 75 kVA refer to SaskPower-Supplied Transformation — Small
Commercial Rates.
RECORDED DEMAND
• The maximum kVA demand registered during the current month, or
• For services with approved time-of-day metering, the greater of the maximum kVA demand
registered between the hours of 07:00 to 22:00 Monday through Friday, excluding statutory
holidays or 75 per cent of the maximum kVA demand registered at any other time during the
current month.

UNMETERED GENERAL SERVICE RATE
This rate is for unmetered miscellaneous loads where the electrical consumption is constant or
predictable.
Examples of this type of load include: Rest room lighting; telephone booths; school warning lights;
decorative lighting; automatic railroad crossing protection; and traffic lights.
