Debit Card Convenience
The Clear Card® allows you to debit your checking
account anywhere in the world that MasterCard® is
accepted. It can also be used to access your Credit Union
accounts at virtually any ATM. (See fee schedule for ATM
fee details) There is no charge for The Clear Card® and
no monthly fee for its usage.
Smart Branch™ Internet Banking
Smart Branch online banking gives you access to your
account information anytime and anywhere you have
Internet access. Check your balances, transfer funds,
pay bills with Bill Payer, view check images, place stop
payments, manage your Overdraft Protection settings,
and update your contact information—all safely and
conveniently. Smart Branch is provided to all TTCU
Members at no extra charge.
Express Call™ Audio Response
Get account information and make transactions anytime
with your PIN and a touch-tone phone. Simply call the
Express Call number at (615) 242-6232 or toll-free at
(800) 338-1904 to access your accounts.
Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is the safe, convenient way to handle
your regular pay, Social Security, or retirement checks.
You won’t have to fight the traffic or stand in line. Direct
Deposit will ensure that your money is deposited into
your account immediately and is available.
Payroll Deduction
Use Payroll Deduction and have Credit Union savings and
loan payments made automatically. If your employer does
not offer Payroll Deduction, we can make those deposits
and payments for you. With Payroll Deduction, you’ll save
effortlessly, and your loan payments will always be made
on time.
Bill Payer
You can pay any regularly recurring bills automatically
from your Credit Union checking account with Bill Payer
as well as track your bill payment history to see when the
checks have cleared. Bill Payer is offered to members at
no charge.
eLerts
eLerts are customizable email notifications that you can
set up to alert you to an overdue loan payment or if your
account balance is above or below a certain value. You
can sign up for eLerts via your Smart Branch account at
no charge.
eStatements
An eStatement is a free electronic version of your account
statement located securely within your passwordprotected Smart Branch account. When you sign up for
eStatements, we will send a notification to your email
address that the statement information is available via
your Smart Branch online banking account.
Mobile Banking
Mobile Banking is free
and allows you to access
your accounts anytime
via your Smart Phone.
Simply open Smart
