INSTRUCTIONS
CREATING THE PINSTRIPE ON THE DOORS:
7
To create the pinstripe design on the front of the
doors, measure from the edges of the doors and
mark distances with a pencil. You may want to
draw a line, using your ruler and pencil, that you
can follow with your 1-1/2" painter’s tape.
8
Once you’ve marked off the measurements for the
pinstripe, carefully apply the painter’s tape, ensuring
it remains straight and follows your measurements. You
may want to prop the doors next to each other to check
on the alignment of the pinstripe across the two doors.
9
Press the tape firmly to the surface, making
sure the edges are adhered.
10
Begin painting at the top of the doors, holding the can of
Gloss Classic Gray 6-8 inches from the surface and paint
using a sweeping side-to-side motion with slight overlap.
