2. PROGRAMMING
2.1) Controller keypad activation/deactivation (W/O ignition) :

Shut down ignition.

Press on keys #2 and #3 (↔ and —).

While maintaining keys depressed, activate ignition signal.

If properly done, 4 audible tones will be generated to confirm modification.
»
This procedure gives the user the possibility to keep the controller keypad
active when ignition key is removed. Repeat the procedure to disable the
feature.

2. PROGRAMMING
2.2) Motorized rack (Rising/Lowering) time configuration :

Activate ignition signal

Press on AUX key.

While maintaining AUX depressed, press on key #1 (←).

The flashing ARROW should start to rise and the AUX warning light will
begin to flash.
»

Note : Release keys AUX and #1 (←) when AUX begins to flash.
When the Flashing ARROW is in its final upright position, press on AUX key
to programm the rising time.

4 audible tones will be generated to confirm rising time configuration.

With the arrow in its upright position (Key #1 (←) warning light activated),
repeat the previous procedure to programm the lowering time using AUX
and #1 (←).
2.3) Flashing ARROW light intensity output :
Activate ignition signal.
Press on key #2 (↔) and maintain depressed until 4 audible tones are
generated. (Aproximately 4 seconds).
 Press on key #1 (←) to lower the ARROW output intensity. A double
audible tone will be generated when the lowest available intensity is
reached.
 Keys #2 (↔) and #3 (—) warning lights indicates the ARROW intensity
output value.
 Press on key #4 (→) to increase the ARROW intensity output. A double
audible tone will be generated when the highest intensity available is
reached.
 When the desired intensity is reached, press AUX key to programm the
value into the controller internal memory.
» Note : When performing intensity programming, the ARROW light
intensity output will vary accordingly to the value indicated by
keys #2 (↔) and #3 (—).


2.4) Night mode calibration :

When daylight reaches the desired limit to engage the night mode feature,
press on key #1 (←) and maintain depressed until 4 audible tones are
generated.

2.5) Vehicle speed sensor (VSS) programming parameter :


»
»
Acticate ignition signal.
Press on key #4 (→) and maintain depressed until 4 audible tones are
generated.
 The key #1 (←) warning light will turn on according to the active or
programmed option (Option 1: steady burn, Option 2: flashing) and AUX
warning light (flashing).
Option 1 : If a Flashing ARROW is mounted on a motorized rack and
activated. The controller will lower the arrow if the vehicle speed goes
beyond a programmed speed. When the vehicle speed returns below the
programmed speed, the arrow will be reactivated and rised to its upright
position.
Option 2 : If a Flashing ARROW is mounted on a motorized rack and
activated. The controller will lower the arrow if the vehicle speed goes
beyond a programmed speed. When the vehicle speed returns below the
programmed speed, the arrow will not be reactivated.
Note : In programming mode, to toggle between each options, press on
key #1 (←).
 When the vehicle reaches the desired speed to lower the Flashing ARROW,
press on AUX key to programm the speed and wait for the 4 audible tones
before continuing.
2.6) Flashing ARROW frequency :


Activate ignition signal.
Press on key #3 (—) and maintain depressed until 4 audible tones are
generated.
 Press on key #1 (←) to lower the time interval between each flashes.
 Keys #2 (↔) and #3 (—) indicates the flashing speed.
 Press on key #4 (→) to increase time interval between each flashes.
 Press AUX key to validate flashing frequency.
»
Note : When performing flashing frequency programming, the interval
between each flashes of the Flashing ARROW will vary
accordingly to the value indicated by keys #2 (↔) and #3 (—).

2.7) Rising/Lowering motor output mode :

Press on key#1 (←) and #4 (→) and maintain depressed until 1 or a
sequence of 3 audible tones are generated.
 3 bips = Motor outputs activated. Mot.+ and Mot.– outputs are
used to control rising/lowering motor.
 1 long tone = Motor outputs deactivated. Mot.+ and Mot.outputstate will follow AUX output. Mot.- will shut down if an
arrow key is depressed.
» Note : Every time you access Rising/Lowering motor output mode,
the outputs will toggle between each modes.
