Process designer module The process designer module uses workflow technology, to allow you to easily create your own data entry Wizards, to match or enhance your current administrative procedures. Via a simple method of ‘drag and drop’, the module allows you to add your own groups of fields (known as controls) to your processes – allowing you to capture your data in a certain order, such as personal information, contact details and programme details. It also allows you to interact with email, mail merge, the reports library, etc., enabling you to map your complete business process into a Maytas process. You are also able to add your own buttons to launch processes, using the command mappings function, and enforce certain fields to be mandatory, e.g.not allowing the user to move to the next screen, without completing the current one.
