Mr. Dimmick is Vice President of Operations at Bernier, Carr &
Associates, P.C., an Architectural, Engineering, Surveying, and Consulting firm. Mr.
Dimmick has more than 20 years of municipal engineering and construction experience
specializing in water supply, treatment, and distribution; sanitary wastewater collection
and treatment; transportation; storm water management. Mr. Dimmick’s experience
includes project development, funding, design, construction administration, and
closeout in existing communities. As a Municipal Engineer, Mr. Dimmick assists at the
policy and legislative levels to assist in planned growth, extension of essential services,
and improved governance.
