Step 1: Describe someone, an everyday, ordinary person who has had an impact on your life, possibly without even knowing the significance of their ac?ons on you. Step 2: describe a ?me, if you are able to, when someone has told you that you have had an impact on them and you were completely unaware of it. Step 3: Discuss the concept that faithfulness in ordinary, everyday ac?ons oBen has a much bigger impact than we ever imagine. Brainstorm reasons (the message gave only 3 but there are dozens) why people “bury their giBedness.” If the room is safe enough, talk about which reasons are most prone to cause you to keep your giBs out of play. 3. Talk about how open you are as a group to allow others in the group to let you know when they think you are burying your giBs. OBen we don’t see giBedness in ourselves, so are unaware we are burying our giBs. Are you open to having others speak into your life on this topic?
