CITIZENS IN OBSCURITY

Scripture Reference: John 1:43-51

One ordinary person in obscurity can reach another ordinary person in obscurity .

We have to understand that God find us right where we are. He doesn’t find us where we want to be. In addition, he wants to use us where we are.

 Our lives don’t have to be grand for us to be used by a great God .

“If God calls you to be a King don’t stoop to be a janitor, but if God called you to be a janitor, don’t stoop to be a King.

Obscurity produces perceptions and questions .

You can’t know if you aren’t willing to move past your perceptions and you won’t know if you aren’t willing to ask questions.

 You don’t have to be widely known to be truly known .

The Gospel is so beautiful because God knows truly all of the ugly things about us and he Loves us still.

Jesus truly knows You.

We may be citizens in obscurity, but because we are truly known, we can make history and effect eternity for the people around us for the glory of God.
