The new TPS715A is a family
of low-power, high input voltage,

a tiny 1mm x 1.5mm chipscale
package, they are perfectly suited to space-limited
applications. Both have I2C interface, high accuracy
(2°C max), and ultra-low power consumption
(50µA). TMP105 has 1.8V to 3.0V logic, while
TMP106 has 2.7V to 5.5V logic.
