Manufacturer and Vendor Qualifications
The manufacturer and vendor qualifications in Attachment B must be completed and returned with the proposal. The
information in this section should include each manufacturer that has software or hardware included in the proposal (if
multiple products are included in the proposed solution). This section should also include information about the vendor
submitting the response on behalf of the manufacturer only if the third party vendor (non-manufacturer) has included
costs for implementation and setup of the platform. Only manufacturer data is necessary and required if there will not
be technicians provided by the vendor doing any implementation.

d. Number of customers with active support contracts using the Hyper Convergence Platform
e. Number of technical support representatives available to service Montgomery County Community
College’s region of the country who have specific expertise in the recommended Hyper Convergence
Platform. (This is very specific and should not include a number of overall support technicians in a
company. We are looking for only those who handle the hyper-converged support tickets. If the solution
requires hardware or software from a 3rd party manufacturer not involved with supporting the hyperconverged platform, then a number of support technicians who support the hardware/software support
tickets is applicable.)
