Furnace: Changed the furnace baseline from 78 to 80 AFUE.
Air-Source Heat Pumps: Removed qualifying efficiency of SEER 14-14.9. Revised heating qualifying efficiency from HSPF 8.0 – 8.9 to
HSPF 8.5 - 8.9.
Central Air Conditioners: Rebate applications for units installed after Oct. 1, 2016, may be submitted until Sept. 30, 2017, if
pre-enrolled by Dec. 31, 2016.

LED Troffer Retrofit Kit 2’ x 4’: Changed wattage from 32-67W to 21.1-67W. Rebate amount changed from $100 per kit to $50 per kit
LED Linear Lamps replacing T-12: Rebate changed from $30 per lamp to $15 per lamp
LED Linear Lamps replacing T-8: Rebate changed from $25 per lamp to $12.50 per lamp
LED Troffer and Surface Mounted fixtures: Changed to include hanging or pendant style fixtures
Occupancy Sensors: The minimum wattage is 20W but no maximum wattage per sensor. All types of occupancy sensors;
wall-mounted, remote-mounted and fixture-mounted are allowed. Rebate amount changed to $0.10 per watt controlled.
Clarification of Requirements
8’ T-12 or 8’ T-8 linear fluorescent lamps may be replaced with two 4’ fluorescent lamps or two LED linear lamps.

Tankless Natural Gas Water Heater:

Water Heater: Removed Electric Storage Water Heater rebate
Natural gas water heater, small: Changed from ≤60 gallons to ≥20 and ≤55 gallons. Changed qualifying efficiency from ≥0.65 EF to
≥0.68 EF. Added qualifying size, ≤75,000 Btuh.
Natural gas water heater, large: Removed qualifying efficiency ≥0.65 EF. Added qualifying efficiency ≥0.825 TE and qualifying size
>75,000 and ≤155,000 Btuh and <4,000 Btuh/gallon.
Tankless Natural Gas Water Heater: Added category, small, with the following qualifications: ≥0.82 EF and qualifying size >75,000
and <200,000 Btuh, ≥4,000 Btuh/gallon and <2 gallon tank.
Packaged terminal air conditioners: Changed to only one qualifying efficiency of EER ≥13.8. Revised to specify for new construction.
