BMW SCHOLAR?
The BMW Scholars Program is an apprenticeship program that partners with local area
technical colleges.
The program allows students who are in manufacturing-related degrees to attend class full-time while
working part-time at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC.
This allows students to further their education while

of the program.
BMW provides tuition assistance each semester and
a competitive part-time wage while the student is
enrolled full-time and actively participating in the
Scholars Program.
The BMW Scholars Program offers four training
paths based on your major and your experience.
 Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA.
 Full-time student status (12 credit hours).
 Commitment to attend school year-round.
 Enrolled in a participating technical college
in a related manufacturing degree.
 Entering first or second semester of study.
 Successful completion of BMW
assessment testing.
 Commitment to working 20 hours per week
at BMW during the course of the program.
 Participation in BMW training.
