The objective of this MSc AS-NAT is to provide students with advanced skills and knowledge in the field of GNSS and its related applications, in order to prepare them to enter the highly dynamic GNSS and GNSS-dependant industry. In addition, the students have a training in telecommunications, as both fields are strongly complementary. After completion of the master, graduates are able to specify, design, validate, integrate, and take part in standardisation activities in aeronautical telecommunication or geolocalisation systems. Career opportunities Recent studies have shown that there will be a lack of graduate students to fill the open positions in the GNSS industry in the near future. This MSc in GNSS provides students with a head start in the evolving and growing market of satellite-based navigation and telecommunications. Hence, graduate students can enter: ¡ large companies, ¡ SMEs, ¡ national institutions, ¡ research laboratories. Pedagogical approach MSc AS-NAT is a 2-year program offering scientific education in Satellite-based Positioning and Space Telecommunications. It combines lectures, tutorials, research projects dealing with industrial needs. Students will develop expertise in: basic and applied sciences, modelling, design, specification, integration and validation in signal processing systems, antennas, microwave systems, global navigation satellite systems, satellite networks, and radars The MSc AS-NAT consists in 4 semesters, including three academic semesters and last semester for the carry-out of the master thesis in a company or a laboratory. After completion of the two-year program, students getting 120 ECTS are awarded the Master of Science AS-NAT from ENAC.
