SOUTH LOBBY TABLE RESERVATION GUIDELINES A lobby table is an effective point of contact between you and the people you need to connect with. Promotion is best handled person-to-person and, secondarily, by requesting Zion advertising resources. South Lobby tables are available for two weeks per event or occasion. A maximum of four tables are allowed in the South Lobby on any given day. Requests for lobby tables should be made in advance of the dates needed to give time for promotion approvals and subsequent creation of graphics and signage (a minimum of four weeks). Multimedia is not permitted. You will be assigned a table, tablecloth and a table location. Please do not change the tablecloth or table location. Your location preferences will be taken into consideration. Please limit table décor to table top items including a professional sign, treat dish with individually wrapped candies or other pre-wrapped edible goods, sign-up sheets, and informational flyers. Desktop presentation boards are available upon request. Table should be cleared of all materials immediately following the close of table use on the final reservation date. For exceptions to the above guidelines, specific approval by the Lead Pastor is required. Note: If you also need a room reserved in connection with your event, you can make that reservation request in Planning Center Online (PCO) when you reserve the table. Please fill out a Zion Reservation Form if you do not have access to PCO. Table Reservation Process Are you able to log on to Planning Center Online? 1) Yes? a.
