Announcements for Wednesday – Apr. 20th What’s Trending? * The 3 week grading period for the 4th 9 weeks ends Thursday, 21st. Grades will be posted to Student Portfolios next week. * School Holiday, Friday, April 22nd * All students attending the Earth Day Dallas, Texas event at Fair Park on Saturday, please be here on the Harmon campus by 9:15, dress comfortably (shorts/t-shirt/comfortable shoes) and bring money to buy lunch $10 –15.00 should do it. * LAST WEEK of Pasta for Pennies Fundraiser to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Please give all your loose coins (and dollar bills) to your 2nd period teacher - the money we raise will help one of our very own Farmer students and her fight against cancer. Our goal is $2000 as a campus and we are way short! * Algebra I EOC Exam is just around the corner – Thursday, May 5th! After-school tutoring is available from 3:35-4:45 on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Algebra teachers’ classrooms. Students who are retesting have been notified that they will be tutoring during one of their class periods in the library on Mondays and Wednesdays. * Biology End of Course/STAAR test is underway. Tutoring is Monday and Wednesday’s after school in room #2206 (Adams). You need to pass this test to graduate! If you received the bright orange invitation, you are expected to attend. What’s Ahead? * Calendar of Events are attached. * Auditions for the LHS Theatre Department’s 2016-2017 Ovation and Limelight advanced classes will be held May 2nd, on the Main campus. A sign up form and an audition packet with all of the information is available on the website, lewisvilletheatre.com.
