DESCRIPTION
The TTS-100 is a torque calibration system that offers a solution for torque measurement applications. The torque
tester unit provides an easy to use interface that connects to a dedicated torque transducer to perform the calibration
of a wide range of torque tools. The system accuracy is ± 0.5% of reading from 10% to 100% of full scale. The tester
unit has three operating modes that are Peak, Track and First Peak. It monitors torque and pulse count, and displays
both the peak torque and the number of pulses performed during a preset time frame to reach the final torque value.
The accompanying torque transducers are bench mounted calibration instruments designed for the calibration of torque
wrenches, torque screwdrivers, and electric & pneumatic screwdrivers. Transducers are available ranging from 1.5 cN.m
(2 ozf.in) up to 27,000 N.m (20,000 lbf.ft). Each transducer is bi-directional with a female square drive, and connect to the
tester via a port on the side of the unit. Bench mounts are available to provide a firm base for each transducer.
The TE torque calibration system is EasyCal software compatible with connection via USB on the tester unit.
Automating the calibration process provides increased speed of calibration and consistency of results. Produce
calibration certificates and reports to ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and other international quality standards.
