facility with 31 Injection Molding Presses ranging in size
from 28 to 700 tons. Our Tooling Division offers complete
mold building and design services with 3D Solid Modeling,
CAD/CAM, and Rapid Prototyping equipment to compliment
our custom molding capabilities. From product design to

PURCHASE ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
A. RELEASE DATE (S) CANNOT BE EXTENDED FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS
BEYOND THE ORIGINAL RELEASE DATE. IF RELEASE OF AN ORDER IS NOT
RECEIVED WITHIN THE 30 DAYS EXTENSION PERIOD, THE ORDER WILL BE
AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED, THE PARTS WILL BE RETURNED TO STOCK
AND THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED A 25%RE-STOCK FEE.

Cary Products was founded in 1946 by A.P. Cary
as an injection molders. During the late 1950's
and 1960's Cary was integral in the newly
emerging automotive air conditioning aftermarket.
Over the years, our products have been placed in
many North American Class 8 trucks, RV's,
Conversion Vans and Off-highway vehicles.
Head Office and manufacturing is located 10 miles
south of Downtown Dallas, we are centrally
located to serve North America Europe and the

Cary Products Inc manufactures an extensive range of technical molded products
utilising a wide range of polymers and machines and unlike many custom molders
has the added advantage of a successful range of its own patented products. After
the molding process Cary Products has the capability and capacity to offer
secondary operations including printing, plating, painting, welding, and automated
and hand assembly. Cary Products is now in production offering complete unit

grade materials from inexpensive filled polypropylenes to high temperature pbt.

Louver Assemblies
Cary Products louver assemblies are
manufactured with our own custom
blended ABS. This resin meets motor
vehicle standard FMVSS302 and has other
additives to aid in chemical resistance. We offer a wide
array of styles from the latest automotive barrel style to
the popular European styles currently in use by
major OEMs.

Manufacturing Processes
4.1
Vacuum Metallizing
Vacuum Metallizing can apply a high quality bright chrome or aluminium finish to
virtually any part or reproduce the custom color of your choice. Excellent for
low heat light reflective applications
4.2
Custom Tooling & Molding
For over 50 years, injection molding and tooling has been the heart of our
business. We have 29 injection presses ranging in size from 28 tons to over
700 tons. Our capabilities include: mold sizes up to 48" X 60", overmolding with
TPE's and custom colors. Some of our custom molding customers include
industry giants such as Freightliner, Case/New Holland, Peterbilt and others. The
tool room has over 70 years combined experience in building and maintaining
plastic injection molds in the USA and overseas.

Engineering and Rapid Prototyping
Cary Products Engineering department has a highly
regarded reputation within the industry assisting
customers in designing custom injection molded
parts. Our engineers look beyond the plastic and look
at the product as a whole to give better, cost
effective solutions.
Our engineering staff is experienced in designing
interior trim for automotive, truck and aftermarket
applications along with extensive experience in steel
to plastic conversions. Utilizing our FDM machine
(photo at right), we can create rapid prototypes of
your design suitable for fit and function testing.
Current envelope size is 10" X 10" X 10". Urethane
molds can then be produced from the prototypes to
get small production runs for testing.
We use the most popular CAD/CAM systems on the market today to aid in
designing cust
omer
’
sproducts. CAD/CAM System currently licensed are
Pro/Engineering, Solid Works, Cadkey, AutoCAD and Mastercam and we have
the ability to format most file formats.
