Events Organiser – The Role
As a global brand with millions of customers, Herbalife has a busy events program which provides one
of the platforms where Herbalife, vendors, members and customers can come together. These events
take place all over the world and are attended by hundreds, and often, thousands of people. It takes a
special individual to ensure that everyone has a memorable occasion. A busy events program is key to
the success of Herbalife’s continuous growth and allows us to develop and maintain close relationships
with our customers and members. These events offer the opportunity to enhance the customer
experience, engage directly with members, show case new products and obtain member feedback to
pass on to the marketing and sales teams at Herbalife. Could this be you?
You will have sole responsibility for managing 8 to 10 major events a year, working with our agency to
select the best venues possible, taking responsibility for successful delivery of the event in all aspects,
ensuring the event comes in to budget and feeding back post event analysis..
Events Organiser – Requirements
Events experience is essential. Flexibility and the ability to think on your feet and react quickly in a fast
moving and changing environment are essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. You
will be single minded, self-motivated, organised, able to prioritise and juggle multiple aspects of a
project as well as identify possible pitfalls and plan for contingency. You must have excellent verbal and
written communication skills and be comfortable dealing with a diverse variety of people and be
sensitive to cultural diversity. You will be required to travel around the UK and internationally and work
some evenings and weekends – there is a minimum requirement to work 10 weekends a year.
