The field wireable Multi-Ports are simple to install with the safety and I/O circuits
separated to give the machine designer the choice to use the system either with
or without the solenoid interlock or feedback circuit.

The system is centred around a new range of Multi-Port Splitter Boxes each
with twin series wired safety circuits and an auxiliary I/O circuit for solenoid
interlock or switch feedback. The two series wired safety circuits operate
independently to provide the necessary redundant circuit, which works in
conjunction with the machines safely relay.

Woodhead Connectivity have applied their Brad Harrison ® range of connectors
to machine safety, producing a complete wiring system dedicated to reducing
installation and machine build time, plus providing simple to use method for
replacing switches in service - helping to reduce machine down-time.
