5. This evidence supports my claim that I made my project aesthetically pleasing by _______ (State what

6. This is what I did to make it aesthetically pleasing: _____. (What did paying attention to the aesthetics
help you to accomplish? Take the readers step-by-step through what you did to increase the aesthetics
of your evidence. If your readers had never tried to increase aesthetics the way that you did, what would
they have to do?)
7. I can now use this ability to increase aesthetics to __________ (Explain how you could use those aesthetic
techniques you have practiced in your daily life or in one of your classes.)
8. In a future career I might be able to use _____ (List the aesthetic techniques you used. Explain how someone
might use these aesthetic techniques in the workplace.)
Example:
I created a model of a bedroom to scale and made it aesthetically pleasing by using colors of the same value
and varying the shapes. The evidence that I uploaded is a picture of the room that I created. The bed is a light
lavender with a blue tinge and the walls are a slightly darker color with same blue tinge..There is a round table
beside the bed. The room was placed in a cardboard box. It was a class assignment. What I can now do is
different because in the past I just used any color that looked like it was some form of purple. With my new
learning, I can now pay attention to the value of the color so that the look is more harmonious. I can also make
sure that a variety of shapes are used in the room. This is more complex (complicated/in-depth) because instead
of just being able to put anything together, as I did in the past, I could now make it aesthetically pleasing by
paying attention to the values of colors, mixing shapes to give a room variety, and choosing accent pieces that
contrast. This evidence supports my claim that I made my project aesthetically pleasing by choosing colors of
the same value and varying shapes. This is what I did to make it aesthetically pleasing: I wanted a room that was
peaceful and felt like a whole. I went into a fabric store and found a print to make curtains and a bed covering.
Then, I went to a paint store and found a paint card of the same value. My bed was of course rectangular, so I
wanted a different shape in the small room. That’s why I went with a circular end table. I can now use this ability
to increase aesthetics to even make my locker look better by putting up decorative paper that is the same value
as the plastic shelf I have in it. In a future career as an interior designer I would be able to use this to help others
create their dream home.
