Credit Card Policy
All drivers gladly accept credit & debit cards!
Our cars are all equipped with credit card swipes.
At the conclusion of your ride, the driver will swipe your card and authorize the amount of the
charge. The authorization simply confirms the validity of the card and that funds are available for
withdrawal. Funds are not actually withdrawn from your account until your credit card slip is
turned in by the driver for processing, which can be from 1-hour to 7 days from the conclusion of
your ride.
If paying by debit card, be aware that some banking institutions “freeze” the amount of the
authorization for a period of 24-72 hours. If your credit card slip is turned in by the driver for
processing before the authorization expires, the possibility exists that your account may overdraft
if such funds are not readily available.
