The conference will address all the studies across the social sciences and humanities. All academics,
researchers and scholars are encouraged to register and attend this conference.

PUBLICATION / PROCEEDINGS DETAILS
All papers accepted for presentation at the conference will be published in the book of the
proceedings with an ISBN in a hard copy and online.
Papers also will be published online in the following journals:

In-person or virtual presentation
You may submit a proposal to the Conference Committee for an In-Person Presentation, or a
Virtual Presentation at the 4th International Conference on Humanities and Social Sciences. If your
conference proposal is accepted you may write a full paper for presentation at the conference. All
papers should be written in English, French or Italian. The title and abstract should be written only
in English. Authors can present the papers in English, Italian or French.
The virtual presentation consists in the presentation of papers by poster.
If you cannot be present in person in Budva, you can download the poster submission form from the
website, fill it in and send by email to conference@mcser.org. Your poster will be printed and
presented by the organizers to the conference in the poster session. All participants interested in
your paper will send their comments by e-mail. All papers accepted for presentation in-person or by
virtual presentation will be published in the book of the proceedings and in our journals (JESR,
AJIS and MJSS).
Submission Deadline
The abstract should be submitted by April 15. Authors will be notified about the status of their
abstract before April 20 and if the abstract is accepted you can send the full paper by June 30, 2014.
The conference will be held on May 31 and June 01, 2014 at the Academy of Knowledge in Budva.
(only 10 minutes walk from the center of Budva and the beautiful old city, or only 1 Euro by taxi).

The book of the proceedings will be sent by post and also will be published online. The
certificate of participation and book of abstracts will be distributed during the conference.
Also, authors that participate by virtual presentation will receive the certificate of
participation and book of the proceedings by post via registered airmail.
Submission Guidelines
If you wish to participate in the 4th ICHSS Budva 2014, please submit your proposal by email only
to: conference@mcser.org.
Proposals should include:

abstract consisting of 150-250 words.
Each proposal submitted will be reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee of the
Conference.
In case of acceptance, the paper should be written in Word format and should not exceed 10
pages. The full paper should be sent before June 30. Papers sent after the deadline will be
published anyway in our journals and in the online version of the proceedings. In this case you
will receive the PDF copy and cover of the journal and proceedings and you can print it out yourself.
Please use the following rule of text for your manuscript (not more than 10 pages):
Paper: (Title, abstract, and text) 12 pt, single line, justified, Garamond or Times New Roman
References: Use APA style for references
Tables and figures: Included in the text, centered and numbered
Mode of presentation of papers at the conference:
You can present your paper by Power Point Presentation or by Poster Presentation. The poster
should be printed in the format 50x70 cm. Authors should be presented in the poster session at least
10 minutes before the presentation with their posters.
Posters for virtual participation will be printed by organizers..
