Special session: Design technologies and methodologies for distributed cyberphysical systems
Proposed by: Zoran Salcic, Valeriy Vyatkin, Kevin Wang
Scope: Increasing number of cyber-physical systems (CPS) use combination of
embedded and communication technologies that enable new classes of
applications. The design of such systems is challenging with respect to hardware
and software platforms on which they run as well as to the design methodology
and use of novel tools. The special session is organised to invite the
contributions in hardware, networking, software and Internet technologies used
in CPS, hardware-software co-design, design flows, modelling, validation and
verification of those systems. Application case studies where novel design
methodologies are used are welcome.
