Measurement:
Laminate the double-coated adhesive tape with 25μm PET.
Temporarily attach the tape to the surface and apply pressure
in a back and forth motion with a 2 kg roller.
Leave the tape for one hour under the condition of 23°C and
50%RH.
Measure the strength when the tape is peeled off at a speed of
300 mm/min, in the 180°degree angle under the condition of
23°C and 50%RH.

Type
The adhesive agent will be plasticized due to movement of the plasticizing agent.
Rubber
Various additives will detrimentally affect the adhesive agent. Pre-evaluation should be done.
Foam
The adhesion area will decrease due to the porous nature and coarse surface.
Mortar
Influence by the porous nature and alkali ingredients.
Tile
Usage in a place where water frequently leaks (water resistance, moisture resistance).
Glass
The adhesive agent will deteriorate from exposure to direct sunlight (UV rays).
Antifouling coating
Adhesion is not easy because of silicone-based/fluoridated additives.

! Safety Precautions
1. Handling
• Each adhesive tape is deisgned for specific applications depending on individual specifications.
Be sure to choose the one appropriate for your needs.
• Adhesive tape is combustible and contains a very small amount of ignitable ingredients.
Keep the tape away from ignition sources and handle in a working environment where the necessary l ventilation devices are installed.
• Adhesive tape may cause irritation when contacting the skin or the eyes. Be sure to wear adequate protective gear such as gloves and glasses.
• To prevent static charges, be sure to implement antistatic measures, including installation of an adequate static electricity removal
device where static charges from processing machines are likely to be generated.
• Scraps?from products (release paper, in particular) are slippery, which may cause falling accidents. Do not put chips in walking zones.
2. Storage
• Keep the tape in a well-ventilated, cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight, and stack vertically.
Never bring objects that could be the sources of ignition close to the tape.
• Extra tape after use should be re-packaged in a polyethylene bag and not exposed to outside air.
• The first-in and first-out management must be strictly maintained to ensure the use of previously manufactured goods.
This will ensure materials will be in good condition when used.
3. First Aid Measures
• Skin contact: Remove the tape from the skin and rinse skin with water and water-based soap. In addition,
if problems such as infection are noted on the skin, seek medical treatment by a medical specialist as soon as possible.
• if swallowed: Immediately induce vomiting. If the victim feels sick, seek medical treatment by a medical specialist as soon as possible.
