Skyliner® Double-Face Tape Adhesive Alternative
Skyliner® double-face tape is a two-sided, 2” wide, 225µ thick, PVC
film tape, with tackified acrylic adhesive. This double-faced tape is
an alternative to the brush-on liquid adhesive, supplied standard
with the Skyliner System. The tape comes in 165 foot rolls, has
excellent high tack and immediate adhesion properties, plus good
bonding performance on rough or dusty surfaces. Double-face
tape is only recommended in install temperatures above 40° F. The
double-faced tape has been tested and complies with OSHA
leading-edge fall protection when used in conjunction with the
Skyliner Safety Band, Safety Clips and manufacturer’s installation
instructions. Double-faced tape can be ordered as an alternative
to liquid adhesive on any Skyliner order.
