Frank J. Rodriguez, Ph.D. Central Region Superintendent School District of Palm Beach County Over the last 22 years, Dr. Frank Rodriguez has served the South Florida Education Community in a variety of capacities from secondary Social Studies teacher, Program Coordinator for the Florida Department of Education, Elementary and Secondary Principal, Area Director of Transformation schools, Assistant Superintendent over six District departments (Research, Evaluation, and Assessment, School Improvement, Educational Data Warehouse, Educational Technology, Multicultural, and Exceptional Student Education) and currently as Area 5 Superintendent supervising 33 schools. Dr. Rodriguez received his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science Education from Florida State University (1993), his Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Florida Atlantic University (2000), and his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University (2009). Dr. Rodriguez is a passionate educator who believes strongly in the opportunity for all students to receive a great education. He is driven by the notion that a “Great Education is the key to a child’s future” and dedicates himself to ensuring that all children receive one. Dr. Rodriguez is thrilled about serving as the Regional Superintendent for the Central Region and looks forward to collaborating with all stakeholders to construct a stronger future for our students. Dr. Rodriguez enjoys spending time with his wife Cheryl and their two children Javier and Tyler.
