Installation service
To complete your installation hassle free, other services including free standing
kitchen assembly, custom carpentry and custom made worktops/splashbacks are
also available from qualified independent service providers. Ask a co-worker for
more information. Any electrical, gas or plumbing work requires the specialist skills
of a licensed tradesperson.
Guarantee
IKEA installation services are guaranteed by the installers against defects resulting
from faulty workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of completion.
1) Pre-installation site inspection is mandatory before assembly and installation can be booked. The preinstallation site inspection fee is non-refundable once the service has been provided.
2) Dismantle and removal of all existing cabinetry to a designated location or skip bin within 20 meters from
the premises. The customer will need to arrange skip bin hire and disposal unless otherwise requested. All
services need to be disconnected prior to commencement of cabinet removal.
3) A minimum charge of four (4) cabinets applies for the cabinet assembly and basic installation service.

Pre-installation site inspection1$220
The pre-installation site inspection is a mandatory proactive service to pre-empt
challenges with the installation.
This service is carried out by qualified independent installers and includes:
Cabinet assembly and basic installation3$80/cabinet
Professional assembly and installation can save you both valuable time and
money. This installation service includes the assembly and fixing of the cabinet
frame to the wall, mounting the doors, interior fittings, drawers, handles, legs,
plinths, standard cover panels and placing appliances into cabinets.

Need help with your worktops? We can recommend qualified independent
installers to measure, cut and install your worktops for you.
