1. Story
In many situations your medical history is required and due to poor management of hard copies
(prescription, reports etc..), you lose that information.
We find need of centralizing medical information in organized way. Whenever required, person/doctor
would be able to access medical history information on his fingertip. For example if you visit a doctor,
you may not remember exact information regarding medicines you are allergic to, dates of surgeries if
any, any medication is going on currently, etc..
Segmentation: Any person
Targeting: Patient and Doctor
Positioning: Medical information of a person gets recorded and can be used by him/doctor in future
when required.
