Turn on the machine using the circuit breaker mounted on the
back of the machine.
The machine is fitted with a soft start feature, which means wire
feed will always start slowly and speed up once the welding arc
is initiated.
When feeding wire through the torch use the red wire feed button
on the front of the machine.
When starting, set the three variable controls to the same position
to get an acceptable weld starting position. The 3 position is a
good starting point.
Initially set the argon regulator / flowmeter to 5 litres per minute.
The inductance control controls splatter.
Do not overtighten the wire feed roller.
