project as follows: The value of liquid assets must be no less than one-twentieth of the amount of the base bid. Liquid assets shall include
cash, stocks, bonds, pre-paid expenses and receivables, but shall not include the value of equipment.

We do not take exception to a NEBB qualified T&B Agent bidding the project.
No, the Agency does not have structural plans and it is encumbered of the contractor to conduct its own investigation or have its own
structural engineer provide what is needed to bid on the project.
The Owner has first right of refusal for demolished equipment. Upon Owner's direction, the Contractor is responsible for disposal of
demolished equipment in accordance with the authority having jurisdiction. Refer to general note #27 on sheet M0.1.
