Introduction to ADE
Introduction
Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is a five-day event including a
nightly festival and a unique blend of daytime conference meetings,
interactive workshops, tech demos and in-depth round-table
discussions.
Over the last 20 years ADE has evolved into a platform for every
kind of electronic music, the perfect place to reach both
international consumers and business professionals.
ADE consists of ADE Festival, ADE Playground and ADE
Conference.
Festival & Playground
ADE Festival
When night falls over Amsterdam, a colourful and trendy
international clubbing crowd finds its way to the dozens of cool
venues throughout the city. Whether you like the subs to bang out
the latest big room tunes or have a taste for intricate electronica
compositions, there’s a place for you to indulge in a stellar line-up
in every electronic genre known to man.
ADE Playground
ADE Playground is a series of daytime events for the festival
visitors. It is a unique, dance-related lifestyle program that serves
up a wide range of interactive presentations, art, goodies and
surprises. The Playground platform is divided into film, art,
MusicTalks, gear and pop-ups. Each could include, for example,
showcases by well-known artists, exhibitions, masterclasses and
workshops by professionals.

Conference
ADE Conference
ADE Conference is the main business platform where the industry
comes together for a wide range of conferences: ADE Pro, ADE
University, ADE Next, ADE Beamlab, ADE Tech, ADE Green and
HDE. This is where industry leaders, artists and tomorrow’s dance
music professionals collide and get things done.
Over the years, ADE has expanded its scope to other creative
industries like gaming, music, technology, film and advertising to
stretch the possibilities for professional visitors and interdisciplinary
working artists alike.

Conference Bag
The ADE conference bag is given to all conference attendees.
Inserting your promotional material is a great way to bring your
artist, company or event to the attention of the international dance
music industry.
The cost of one promotional item inserted into each of the 4.000
conference bags is € 850,00. Heavy items may be charged an
additional fee. Flyers will be sealed in a pack inside the bag.
ADE Reception
The perfect way to meet and socialise with your international
electronic music industry network is hosting a reception at the ADE
Pro Conference, where business contacts can be offered a drink
while companies and/or products introduced to them.
It’s possible to host the reception in the garden of the beautiful
conference location the Dylan Hotel.
The price for an ADE reception is € 3.000,00.
Partnership Opportunities
ADE s p a c e s
ADE offers brands the opportunity to integrate their existing concepts
within the official program through an ADE s p a c e s Partnership. As an ADE s p a c e s Partner your logo will be visible in the partner
section of all ADE communications and your concept will be listed as
official ADE program. This will make your brand and concept visible for
all ADE visitors, reach professionals and consumers, making sure its
packed with the right people.
Furthermore partners receive a communication package, that consists
of an ADE Blog post, a social post, a newsletter item, and a full ADE
registration (passe partout Conference + Festival + Playground).
The Affiliate Partnership fee is € 15.000,00 (excl. VAT) per day.

Custom Brand Activation

Partnership Cases
Sonos Studio
The Sonos Studio @ ADE was an acoustically designed space that
celebrated music listening and explored the intersections of music,
art and technology by hosting exhibitions, intimate concerts,
listening parties, lectures and workshops. For three days a
selection of big names and upcoming talents sat down in front of
an audience and shared insights and personal anecdotes about
their all-consuming passion for music.
Red Bull Studios Playrooms
Red Bull Studios Playrooms pay homage to the history of Dutch
club culture. At ADE the past, present and future of clubbing was
presented at a special location situated in the Red Light district.
Samsung S Reporters
Samsung gave 10 talented students the chance to become part of
the official ADE live broadcast team as 'Samsung S Reporters'.
These reporters used a Samsung Galaxy S4 to shoot backstage
footage, record exclusive interviews with artists and produce daily
ADE video reports, which were all seeded through a special ‘S
Reporter’ website and the ADE platform.
Urbanears Hideout
Swedish headphone makers Urbanears organised a three-day
event dubbed Urbanears Hideout, located high above Rokin in The
View, a superb location that gazes over the city centre. A day and
night programme of interactive performances and indulgent
goodies and presents gave people an opportunity to escape from
the formal activities and networking.
During the day, everyone was welcome for food, drinks, innovation
and entertainment fuelled by a generous dose of musical
escapades, filled with surprise encounters orchestrated by local
artist groups.
Come the evening, dinner parties took place with Kompakt
Records, Grade Management and ADE, featuring special guests
like Seth Troxler and Joris Voorn.
YouTube Vault
YouTube hosted its own ADE s p a c e s location in the beautiful
Konings & Keune, just across the street of the Felix Meritits the hart
of the ADE Conference, as official part of the ADE 2015 program.
YouTube hosted workshops, best practices and insights on how to
promote your music. With in-depth seminars, one-on-one sessions
with specialists and product presentations.
Spotify Music Connect
Spotify offered ADE visitors the perfect digital experience via the
ADE app and the ADE website Spotify Connect service.
Spotify Connect offered ADE website visitors the opportunity to
become an ADE member. The membership included an integration
of their Spotify favourites.
Furthermore, all visitors were able to listen to Spotify playlists on
artist profile pages.
ADE Merchandise
Together with lifestyle brands like Urbanears, Sinner and Veloretti,
ADE created custom ADE Merchandise, available through the ADE
shop.
