HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR REBATE
Rebates will be in the form of a cheque sent via mail.
1 Make a Purchase
Purchase 1 can (3.78L) or 1 pail (18.9L) of select BEHR® or CIL® Interior or Exterior Paint, Primer or Stain at participating The Home Depot
Canada stores between July 28 and August 3, 2016.
2 SUBMIT REBATE
To SUBMIT ONLINE: Please visit homedepot.ca/rebates to register. You will receive your rebate within 4 to 6 weeks. A scan or photo of your
original receipt must be provided, including the validated Special Services Customer Invoice if applicable. These will need to be uploaded to the site
in order to be eligible to receive your rebate and submit online. Please see “Submit by Mail” if no scan or photo of original receipt is available.
To SUBMIT BY MAIL: Please complete this form and mail it with a photocopy of all the original receipt(s), including the validated Special Services
Customer Invoice if applicable. You will receive your rebate within 10 to 12 weeks. Please ensure your address will be valid for the next 12 weeks.
Note all submissions must include a register receipt in order to be eligible. You MUST circle all qualifying purchase(s) on each receipt.
