VERIFICATION SERVICES
Manual Verification Fulfillment
Log into The Work Number. Then follow the steps below to
fulfill a manual verification.
1. Select “webManager” on the main menu.

2. Click the “Manual Verifications” tab. 2
3. Click on the “Pending Verifications” link.

4. Select a Employee SSN to begin the fulfillment
process. 4
5. Determine whether or not you can fulfill the
verification.

If you can fulfill a verification:
• Select “Can Fulfill Verification”.

• Complete the form, and click “Continue”.

• Review the information. If it is correct, click
“Continue”. If it is incorrect and you need to make a
change, click “Back”. 7
• A confirmation screen will let you know you
are finished. 8

If you cannot fulfill a verification:
• Select “Can’t Fulfill Verification”.

• Choose the reason for non-fufillment, and enter any
comments you would like to send back to the
requesting verifier. Then click “Continue”. 10
• A confirmation screen will let you know you are
finished. 11
