Tourney Operation Rules

All wrestlers must pre-register and pay on-line at our tournament registration site. Registration Opens
Sept. 3rd, 2016 6:00 a.m. Registration closes Sept. 30th, 2016 12:00 noon. The registration fee is $30.00
for High School (9th thru 12th), $20.00 for Middle School (6th-7th-8th). No Card is required. The link to the

You can only enter one school division and in only one weight class.
Divisions are:
High School (9, 10, 11, 12 grades) $30.00 (8th graders can register also if desire)
106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 182, 195, 220, 285
*If it applies to you, please enter your place at the state tournament (1 thru 6) and/or you place at your
regional (1 thru 4).
Middle School (6th, 7th, 8th grades) $20.00 Note: 8th graders can enter High School, but not both divisions.
75, 83, 90, 98, 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 182, 195, 220, 250
**Depending on entry numbers, this divisions may be grouped by Madison Weight System.
You must make the weight that you registered to enter. Failure to make weight will result in a
scratch from the tournament and no refund of the entry fee. To be a Honey Badger Champion, you must
select an appropriate weight that you can make and then first conquer the scale.
You must accept the Wavier Form during your registration process.
Print your entry receipt at the end of your registration process. Bring it to the weigh in
scale. This form will be available when you register and pay for the tournament. Be sure to print it off.
Early Weigh In will be scheduled for Friday, Sept 30th at 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the high school.
Saturday Oct 1st Weigh In will be at 7:00 am to 8:30 am Oct. 1st, 2016.

Wrestling is scheduled to start at 9:00 am.
All wrestling, both Championship and Consolation rounds, will be timed on a 2-1-1. First period 2
minutes, second and third periods will be 1 minute.
All school division’s top 3 placers will be awarded a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Honey Badger custom medal.
High School division weight class champions only will be awarded the custom designed Honey Badger
Headgear or the custom Honey Badger Singlet.
General Admission is: $5.00
NO COOLERS nor OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED IN THE GYM
