Instructions for Long-term storage
1) Areas where corrosion gas presents
·Sulfur dioxide corrodes materials of cable, and shortens the durability of rubber and plastic.
2) Areas where ammonia gas presents
·When it absorbs an ammonia gas, the insulation resistance is reduced.
3) Areas where various acid presents
·Oxidizing acid such as condensed sulfuric acid, hydrogen chloride hydrochloric acid, and
nitrate shortens the durability of rubber or plastic by acidifying them.

■ Check List beforehand
The packing wood of a drum should be removed before installing cable. A nail should be removed to prevent damage
before using. When removing the packing wood, should be careful for safety.

·External pressure on the cable may lead to an accident. Use cable free from external pressure.
·The permissible lateral pressure of a cable should be less than 250kg/m in general.
·When handling PVC cable at a low temperature, take attention to prevent exterior impact damage, and do not handle or
install cable at -5below.

4) PULLING SPEED
·When pulling a cable, start at the speed of 1m/min., in general, advisable speed is 5m/min. ~ 10m/min.

·Do not pull it from the end of the cable when cable is twisted in Opattern.
6) Measure for Induced Disorder
·In case of installing a power cable and a communication cable in the same route, there should be either sufficient distance
or ashield wall between the cables to prevent induced disorder.
