Effective Team Member Skills Development
Programme
Recognising the importance of the
team member role, CPLD is offering a structured programme, recognised by the Institute of Leadership
and Management (ILM), designed to help
understanding of team dynamics and improve
work performance.
This blended learning programme is delivered
as 14 modules consisting of 7 classroom based
workshops
and
7
self-directed
on-line
resources.
The programme should be completed within 2
years.
You will be required to submit an end of
programme review consisting of short answer
questions, for which two hours tutorial
support will be available if required.
If you have already completed one or more of
the Modules it will not be necessary to
undertake this again. Staff within CPLD will be
pleased to advise.
What modules are there?
You can complete these modules in any order.
Each one will be supported by a range of
resources, including online materials.

You will be provided with a portfolio in which
