 to get a guarantee of accordance with the EIP
and the EU raw materials policy;

Eligibility conditions
(1)
Scope: link to one or more of the action areas / actions of
the Strategic Implementation Plan
(2)
Partners: Minimum number (3, each from a different
Member State); non-EU partners; composition and roles;
private sector and SMEs; changes
(3)
Financial aspects and resources: total indicative
budget; total funding secured, EU funding
(4)
Other considerations: publication; commercially
sensitive information; languages; advocacy
likely to make a contribution to meeting the objectives, the
targets and action areas of the EIP

1. Go to https://ec.europa.eu/growth/toolsdatabases/eip-raw-materials/en/content/2015call-commitments
2. At the bottom of the page: click on "Online
submission form"
3. Login using your ECAS account
4. Click on "Create content" > "Commitments"

Creating a commitment proposal: tips and tricks
• Commitments can be accessed by only 1 ECAS
account, which is for personal use only;
• Successful commitment proposals will be published
on the EIP's website as they were submitted
(exception: personal and financial data);
• Read the "Online Submission Form Quick Guide"
• Technical support
• Guidance to fill in the different fields

• Proposals can only be saved when all mandatory fields
have been filled in;
• To edit a proposal:
