SERVICE ACTIVITIES
• Sponsor / Advisor for MGSC’s Association of Information Technology Students club.
• Assist local church (Pleasant Hill Baptist Church) in resolving networking issues and
software maintenance.
• Begin a student project to create software for local elementary school students. An initial
pod of 5 students were used to develop a framework that will extend into a project
serving the county.
• Expanded the PSC 250 networking lab by adding three routers to implement site-to-site
simulation and demonstrate hierarchical network design.
