The power supply should be ‘standard’ off-the-shelf item and on the productcatalogue list of the OEM. It can be verifiable from OEM’s website / product
brochure and datasheet. No new development or research will be considered and
offer will be rejected without any further correspondence. No part supply will be
accepted.
Supplier should be able to offer after sales support for the items. Submission of
‘Service/post sales support authorization letter’ along with tender from OEM or
channel partner & distributor (who is duly authorised by OEM) is mendatory,
otherwise offer will be rejected without considering technical specifications
competence.
New equipment should be supplied. Old & refurbished equipment will be rejected
at receipt and inspection. Manufacturing date Certificate from OEM is mendatry
and part of supply.
Operational manual, calibration certificates and/or certificate of conformance
(CoC) are to be provided.
The technical bid must contain Make, Model of the offered items. All relevant datasheets, brochure, authorization letter from OEM (post sales support) of all the
offered items should be provided. The vender has to submit ‘compliance Table’
listing all specifications including other terms along with technical bid. Noncompliance to the above requirement will lead to the disqualification of the
technical bid without any intimation & further correspondence.
The system will be tested for functional testing for all major specifications to verify
the functionality of the system. 1 Day of training at RCI site is required including
installation.
