and included in numerous USDA and FDA-approved installations. The NSF, a highly acclaimed
independent testing agency that provides laboratory, factory and field inspection, lists the Cleanroom
Product Line as suitable for areas that value sanitation.

KL : KLEAN-LOCK: As our top of the line product, this premium fixture will continue to perform under
the demanding conditions your surroundings present. Having the most extreme technical requirements,
and as the doorframe overlaps the housing and seals to the building structure, the elements don’t stand a
chance against this series.
TL : TECH-LOCK: An integrated, advanced product, this is the natural choice if you’re looking to upgrade
from our Eco-Lock Series or aren’t sure if you need the heavy duty Klean-Lock Series. The inset doorframe
seals to the housing – you can’t go wrong with this choice.
EL : ECO-LOCK: As our standard and entry-level inset doorframe cleanroom troffer, it has demonstrated
to be a highly efficient fixture that comes standard with advanced ratings and certifications.

The KL SERIES boasts a robotically fully seam welded one-piece housing
and a doorframe that covers the flange or T-bar grid. The doorframe is formed from
a single piece of heavy gauge metal, is corrosion resistant and without crevices.
Additionally, it includes a lens, which is first adhered to the frame, then mechanically
secured along its full perimeter.

The TL Series, like the KL Series, offers a robotically fully seam welded one-piece
housing; however, the doorframe completely seals to the housing – a selfcontained seal. The doorframe is also formed from a single piece of heavy gauge metal

EL: Efficient Performance.
The EL Series is the dependable performer, which includes the standard
necessities the other lines offer. It has the robotically seam welded one-piece housing,
as well as the doorframe completely sealing to the housing. What sets it apart
from the other doorframes is it has carefully mitered corners, fully gasketed with resilient
neoprene closed cell gasketing. The lens is inverted and continuously sealed.

Installation: Two .312” holes for surface mounting. Supply entry through one flattened knockout on
each endcap. See SSH option below for end feed thru supply entry. Rows: Joiner bands provided for
