Quarry Production Process Stone quarrying is a multistage process by which rock is extracted from the ground and cut into the required sizes to be used commercially or in homes. At the Trust Marmar quarry engineers will profile the surface, then design the blasting process and plot the rock to be extracted. After blasting, secondary cutting will be done subsequently using hydraulic diggers and other equipment. The cutting can go up to three or four stages. The cut rocks are transported along the process line on conveyor belts or down chutes. These are then sent to the factories for further processing into the desired slabs or tiles Because of our blocks derive from the best and most productive quarries in Egypt; Trust Marmar ensures that each individual project will be completed with material sourced from the same quarry to ensure consistency in tonality. Through our comprehensive supply management we have a regular flow of marble blocks in order to satisfy most new coming orders. r N M* 4 r TRUST MARMAR For Marble and Granite ▼ Head office 4A Maddi Stars Tower, Nile Corniche, Cairo, Egypt Manufactory Arab Abou Saaed - Koraimat International Road - El Saf - Giza Phone (+20)225244956 (+20)225244957 V \ Hotline (+202)19469 cell phone 4 +201004453390 in fH (3 Website: WWW.TRUSTMARMAR.COM B»rl” E mail: info@trustmarmar.com sales@trustmarmar.com
