Operator Menu User Guide
To quickly return back to the start of the menu hold the select button.
Operator Menu points 1-5
1. This is the first screen you will see once the machine is switched on. It shows the
machine is ‘Ready’ to be used and the figures illustrate the batch number of bags.
The machine will run 5000 bags and then switch itself off.
This figure can be changed on the next screen. Use the ‘Select’ button to scroll
through to the next screen.
2. The ‘Batch Size’ can be adjusted up or down by using the arrows on the control pad.

3. The ‘Film Type’ screen is where you can select from a range of different film types by using
the arrows on the control pad. Film types available are as follows:-

NOTE: Some machines may have other additional sizes E.g. 200 x 250.
4. The ‘Heat Adjust’ screen can be used to adjust the heat setting down to 70% or up to 100%.
The default setting is 85%.

5. The ‘Blower Adjust’ screen can be used to adjust the blower setting down to 0 and up to 10.
The default setting is 10 and this is the maximum.
