FM Approved industrial fluids provide customers with an
accurate means to evaluate and select fluids based on their
fire resistant properties. BioBlend’s BioFlo HFDU is Factory
Mutual Approved under Standard 6930, Flammability
Classification of Industrial Fluids, and is listed in the FM
Approval Guide at www.fmglobal.com. FM Approval certifies
that BioFlo HFDU is a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid that is ‘less
flammable’ or ‘less hazardous’ than conventional mineral oil
(petroleum oil).

BioFLO HFDU
Overview: BioFlo Fire Resistant HFDU is made from premium quality, high oleic vegetable oils. HFDU
is an excellent anti-wear hydraulic fluid for use in all applications requiring a Factory Mutual approved
fire resistant fluid. In addition to high performance, the product also provides excellent environmental
performance due to its low toxicity additives and vegetable base oils. HFDU is compatible with most
mineral oils and polyolester type hydraulic fluids. For phosphate esters, please contact your BioBlend
rep. HFDU is not compatible with water containing fluids. Available in ISO grades 40, 46, and 68.
