SIX DIGIT LOT NUMBER CODING
Cypress lot numbers contain 9 digits, depending on the package type. See pages 4 and 5 for exceptions. Most
Cypress packages have the lot number on the top mark.
The MSL label affixed to the ESD bag contains the complete Cypress lot number. The abbreviated lot number can
be found on the actual unit top mark. Please see examples on the succeeding slides.
