Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is an American multinational enterprise information technology company based in Palo Alto, California. It was founded
on November 1, 2015 as part of a splitting of the Hewlett-Packard company. HPE is a business-focused organization with four divisions: Enterprise
Group, which works in servers, storage, networking, consulting and support; Services; Software; and Financial Services. The Company makes IT
environments more efficient, productive and secure, enabling fast, flexible responses to a rapidly changing competitive landscape. HPE is a truly global
organization, with offices in 46 countries and employing over 287,000 employees.

The computers & peripherals and office electronics industry is characterized by disruptive innovations, vertical integration of the supply chain, and mass

aspects in its business strategies. The company has performed exceptionally well in the areas of labor practices and human rights, as well as in privacy
protection, underpinning its commitment to employee and customer welfare and human rights. Innovation management is another strength of the
company, and the new strategic direction of the company with and intensified focus on services and consulting allows the company to compete on new
fronts. Other areas such as product stewardship and supply chain management, that historically were areas of strength for Hewlett-Packard, form a solid
foundation for the company to continue to build on its own unique strengths and set new ambitious goals.
