Employee of the Month
George Winton
George has been a member of our Lifeguard team at the Rohrer
Center since October 2014. He is always diligent, responsible,
and attentive while on the guard stand. George is not only ready
to spring into action on the pool deck, but he is also willing to
help wherever needed in the Center. Thank you for your hard
work and dedication, George. Keep up the great work!

Member of the Month
Sheila J. Walters
Sheila has been a member for just over one year. She enjoys working
out at the Rohrer Center because of our location and our highly
skilled personal trainers and group exercise instructors. She workouts
out with Keith Smith for 1:1 personal training, as well as small group
training. Sheila also attends many yoga classes. She feels that she
has toned her muscles since starting at the Center. She attends the
gym 4-5 days per week and is motivated by improvements in her
health and the encouraging words of our staff. Shelia's favorite
exercises are those involving TRX bands, but she is not a fan of
lunges.
Staff Spotlight
Jenna Galezniak
Meet our new Fitness Specialist, Jenna! Jenna is a graduate of
Rowan University Health and Exercise Science, Class of 2015. She
has had extensive professional training in ballet for over 17 years, as
well as experience competing and training for body building
competitions. Over the past year, she worked in an outpatient
physical therapy clinic where she gained a lot of knowledge in the
area of rehabilitative exercises and care. However, her passion for
physical fitness and to train others has led her to our fitness center.
Jenna will be teaching a Small Group Training class:
Long and Lean Dancer's Workout
Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm

Massage Services
Our Massage services offer the revolutionary idea of combining
therapeutic massage techniques with a unique fitness environment.
And, you don't have to be a member to take advantage of these
luxurious treatments. The Center's team of trained and certified staff
provides the ultimate invigorating experience. There's no better way
to relax after a rigorous workout or a long day on the job. And when
you enjoy any Massage service, you automatically have full access to
the entire Center for the day as our guest.

Viparita Karini - Legs Up the Wall
Viparita Karani helps in normalizing the blood flow in the body.
It produces a restful state with energizing action and benefits for the entire body
and mind.
Please consider adding some time into your weekly routine to explore our
posture of the month with our yoga teachers.

Small Group Training
Small Group Training is a great way to get in a quick and effective
workout with the guidance of a personal trainer. Classes are limited to
5 people so the trainer will be able to correct your form and keep you
safe at a fraction of the cost of 1:1 training. Give it a try!

The Men's Spa will be closed on Wednesday, August 3rd, and
Thursday, August 4th, for repairs.

Operation Backpack
Operation Backpack is a community initiative that provides brand-new
backpacks and school supplies to students ages 3-18 throughout
Southern New Jersey. Get involved to give students the best possible
start to the upcoming school year!
Please help and donate school supplies to those in need. Our dropoff is located in our lobby.
