William G. Rohrer Center for HealthFitness August 2016 Employee of the Month George Winton George has been a member of our Lifeguard team at the Rohrer Center since October 2014. He is always diligent, responsible, and attentive while on the guard stand. George is not only ready to spring into action on the pool deck, but he is also willing to help wherever needed in the Center. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, George. Walters Sheila has been a member for just over one year. She enjoys working out at the Rohrer Center because of our location and our highly skilled personal trainers and group exercise instructors. She workouts out with Keith Smith for 1:1 personal training, as well as small group training. Sheila also attends many yoga classes. She feels that she has toned her muscles since starting at the Center. She attends the gym 4-5 days per week and is motivated by improvements in her health and the encouraging words of our staff. Shelia's favorite exercises are those involving TRX bands, but she is not a fan of lunges. Staff Spotlight Jenna Galezniak Meet our new Fitness Specialist, Jenna! Jenna is a graduate of Rowan University Health and Exercise Science, Class of 2015. She has had extensive professional training in ballet for over 17 years, as well as experience competing and training for body building competitions. Over the past year, she worked in an outpatient physical therapy clinic where she gained a lot of knowledge in the area of rehabilitative exercises and care. However, her passion for physical fitness and to train others has led her to our fitness center. Jenna will be teaching a Small Group Training class: Long and Lean Dancer's Workout Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm August 2nd - August 23rd Price: $35 Massage Services Our Massage services offer the revolutionary idea of combining therapeutic massage techniques with a unique fitness environment.
