Here’s an idea of what we charge for damages in our apartments. Please note that these charges are averages.
Sometimes the actual charges are higher; sometimes they are lower. But most of the time they are exactly as shown.
We give allowances for normal wear and tear, of course, and for the length of time something has been in use.
Unique items may not be listed here; please contact one of us in the office if you have questions about a particular
item. Replacement charges include parts and labor. These charges may change and tenants are encouraged to ask
for any updates to this list.
