Cardiovascular System
The purpose of this activity is to provide you with guidance as you begin to understand the
anatomy and histology of the cardiovascular system. Use this handout in conjunction with the
list of structures to know for the cardiovascular system and materials available in lab. Please
note that a full understanding of lab material will require additional time and that this
assignment is meant only as means of getting you started in your studies. You are encouraged
to work in groups to assist in one another's learning of this material.
