Weekday Ministries Registration Information 2016-17
CDO, Preschool, Pre-K, Trans-K
Thank you for registering your child/children with Weekday Ministries.





Submission of a registration form does not guarantee placement into the WDM program at this time.
Placement notification will be emailed to families in early February.
Student placement contracts will be offered early March and must be returned by Wednesday, March 23.
Two fees will be due with the signed contract: (1) supply/equipment fee and (2) tuition for May 2017.
After contract fees are paid, tuition will be paid August 2016 through April 2017 for Trans-Kindergarten, and
September 2016 through April 2017 for Pre-K, Preschool, and Child’s Day Out.

 Tuition is due on the 1 day of the month. A $10 late fee will apply to any payments received after the 10th.
 All classes must meet minimum class size requirements.
Placement:
 Weekday Ministries places students based on date and time registration is submitted.
 If space is not available in the class requested, the student will be added to the waitlist and placed in an alternate class
based on availability at that time.
 If there is not space at the preferred location, placement will be offered at the other location in a comparable class.
 If space is no longer available at either location, the student will be placed on the waitlist.
